About Nasken

A healthcare-AI company built for hospitals, clinics, and the patients they serve.

Our story

Born from a simple idea — that good clinical care should scale.

Nasken AI is a healthcare-AI startup developing intelligent platforms for hospitals, clinics, and home-care environments. Our team is based in Karnataka, India, where we run engineering, research, and academic collaboration operations.

We're building two things: remote patient monitoring for the period after discharge, and a toolkit that converts legacy clinical data into standards-conformant FHIR. Both are in active development. Consent, auditability, and data minimisation are design constraints from the start rather than retrofits.

We're an early-stage, pre-revenue startup backed by angel investment, currently focused on core platform development, pilot programs, and clinical partnerships.

Our vision

To modernise healthcare delivery by making intelligent, data-driven care accessible across both hospital and home settings — reducing preventable complications and improving patient recovery.

What we offer

Two things, in development.

At-home wound assessment for diabetic foot ulcers

Structured post-discharge recovery tracking

Legacy clinical data to FHIR conversion and validation

Terminology mapping and data-quality reporting

Technology & approach

Engineering principles that make clinical AI trustworthy.

Production-grade ML

Large-scale machine learning and data engineering, the same stack used at leading global tech companies.

Clinical decision support

Applied ML for wound assessment and recovery tracking, built to support a clinician's judgement rather than replace it.

Secure by design

Consent capture, audit logging, and data minimisation built in from the first commit rather than added later.

Standards-first data

FHIR R4 as the target format, with conformance validation and terminology mapping treated as first-class problems.

Explainable AI

Models that surface why, not just what — supporting clinical trust and adoption.

Low-latency inference

Optimised pipelines that fit into real clinical workflows, from bedside to home.
